Welcome to my first post in my new month of my new mini series:
May Motivation and Mindfulness.
I thought that I would just kick things of with an introduction of myself and this mini series and answer a few burning questions. Really just take it all from there.
Lets dive straight in.
Who are you?
Hi! I am a soon to be 25 year old girl that read one book about getting her life on track that then inspired me to research all of this even more and now I am here.
But for real who are you?
On a real level I am currently a student who is studying a Bach of Education whilst working part time and living with my best friend. I am 25 years old (nearly) I have already completed on degree which I decided I didn’t love so I went back to do what I love. It was this re commitment and getting serious about my future that also assisted in my commitment to myself, motivation and mindfulness.
Why should we read?!
If you have even been a situation where you have literally stopped and thought ‘I can do better, I can be a better person’ or you have thought ‘I need to get my shit together’ then that is exactly why you should read.
Why should we keep reading?
The reason you even opened this blog post to begin with, the reason why you have been googling motivation or mindfulness and the exact reason why you have been scrolling through Youtube for inspiration or buying the latest bestseller.
You want to become the best version of yourself possible.
How will this blog post help achieve that?
For the last 6 months I have been reading, listening and watching pretty much anything that has to do with motivation, mindfulness and mindset and over the next few weeks I am going to bring to you the things that I have found have been the most achievable, relatable and manageable mindsets to help you kick start your own personally journey.
Haven’t you done something similar to this?
I guess you could say I have done something a little similar to this the Boss Babe mini series which you can find in its own blog tab. However the Boss Babe series is a continuation this is just a mini series for motivation.
What’s your word of 2019?
M O T I V A T E D
I know I have talked about this before, but me and my best friend sat down this year and both presented our words of the year to each other and mine is motivated. I think it sums it self up. Don’t you?!
What will we expect in this mini series?
I am going to bring 4 live posts to you this month that will solely focus on motivation, mindfulness and mindset. It will highlight the most effective and powerful information that I have learnt over the past 6 months and break it down into small understandable steps for you all to follow.

I am not some self help guru coming to you guys with all the answers and I am not some mindfulness magician that will sit down and wish away all of your problems. I am however going to bring to you all the things that have worked for me that I have tested and trialed over the last 6 months.
