Here we go again, another week done and dusted and I am honestly so proud of myself and what I have achieved this week, I really hope that this is the new me turning a page and starting my whole new vibe.
Monday
I went to the gym and I made myself do a mini little Hiit session, I was a little bit nervous and didn't want to push myself so much because I knew that I would going to a Hiit class the next day at Barre.
I will not lie when I said I was a little bit nervous I mean a whole lot of nervous. I was scared and I didn't know what to expect and what i was most nervous about is that I would not be able to complete the class without dying. I even remember laying in bed that night speaking to my man saying how nervous I was to go to class.
Tuesday
4:45 my alarm went off and I tell ya, I did not want to get out of bed I was scared and I was nervous, I was tired and I was dreading going to work as well. It was the worst form on Mondayitis on a Tuesday and I was really ready to call it a day and this was all before the sun had even risen.
1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and I was up. I have been doing this whole counting to 5 and then just getting up and doing what it is that I do not want to do. I read about this counting method to force yourself into doing what it that you don't want to do. You don't think, you count and you just do.

Wednesday
I went to class again and although I have already said this, I am addicted. I love doing the workouts, i love the way the class makes you feel and I love the way I feel walking out. Like I have really done something with my time and achieved a little step forward in my health goal.
Thursday
Today I had a little rest day, it was my last day off before I went back to work for the next week and I really just wanted to be at home and lay around. I made sure that all my house chores were done and up to date, which the were.
Life lesson: do all your house week at the beginning of your days off so you have nothing to do before you have to head back to work.
Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
I went to a stretch class on Friday, was good but would only need maybe once a fortnight or change it out for Yoga.
I WENT TO SEE TOY STORY 4 - was good, different but good.
It was State of Origin on Sunday night so I watched that with my man and we came away with the win.
I WANT TO FOCUS ON THREE THINGS THIS COMING WEEK

Finding new recipes.
Completing my pre determined week that I decided on Sunday Sitdown.
