Oh my god.
What a week.
It really was a week as well wasn't it?

Let's get straight into it.
I weighed in at the lightest that I have weighed in a while and I feel like this is now a massive drive in the motivation lane and has pushed me to work even harder.
The worst thing with that happening is then we rolled right around into Easter and even though I am borderline lactose intolerant (self diagnosed) I still was hit by the good old chocolate bug and that came in the form of Hot Cross Buns.
Even though I was hit by the Easter weekend I also only let it hit me on the one day and I am planning to head into the next week killing it once again. But back to this week, let's get a little run down of what happened this week.
I started to lift heavy this week at the gym.
I went to the gym 4 times this week.
I ate well this week and only had my one night out for a sneaky take away.
I finally got my hands on one of those sneaky little gratitude diaries from Kmart and I am so happy that I finally have one in my life.
I also read quite a chunk in my book.
I am actually fairly happy with how this week went and even though I ate pretty badly on the weekend it was nice to see how much consistency starts to pay off and it has only pushed me further to do better with myself this week and the coming weeks.
So that was the week that was.
