So I am one of the most lazy competitive people I know. Like I am pretty chill and don’t really stress too much but then I have this underlying competitive side to me that pushes me in the last minute to get shit done.
Now the reason I am telling you all this is because I was getting sick and tired of writing every week. Oh negative I didn’t go to the gym as much as I wanted.
I hated typing that but it was the truth and I am not about lying in any sort of way.
However.
This week.
Week eleven.
I can proudly say.
I WENT TO THE GYM AS MUCH AS I HAD SCHEDULED
Honestly I am so proud of myself that I actually did it and I was still able to stay on top on my life and get everything else that I wanted done done.
So let’s go through a little run down of this week.
I went to the gym.
I went to work.
I went to Uni.
I studied.
I ate moderately healthy.
I attempted a no spend week but that failed so I guess that will be next week's focus.
I don’t want to sit here and say the negatives of this week like I have been doing so I am going to let you know I top of everything else what I will focus on highly next week:
Adding study to my nightly routine.
Focus on my ‘gut health’ and ensuring that I tackle my bloat.
Focus on my food intake and find some new recipes to start to take.
Sticking to my posting schedule.
FILMING (I have got so many good ideas and now finally some time)
READING (the end of the month is near)
I have a few extra days of work this week (well as of now) that I am really looking forward to smashing a few things of my to do list and really hitting my target goals.
Also just on that filming I really want to get stuck in on my days off and start to film a lot of my daily routines for you all, there seems to be so much interest in that.
So that was the week that was.
And also that could potentially be the week that is coming as well.
