Before I head into this week though there is just something that I want to cover so that we are all on the same board heading into these next few posts:
GEMINI SEASON IS HERE
For those of you who are not aware, I am a gemini and in the truest form of its nature as well. Heading into Gemini season it is now time to shine.
Okay I actually do not know where to even begin with the week that was, I decided to pull myself out of the slump that I was in but I didn't pull myself very far at all in regards to motivation.
I got myself back to the gym but I only did 3 sessions and one was barely a session I really just went so I could talk to them about changing my gym details.
I ate a little bit healthier especially with my work lunches I was back on the bandwagon with taking a packed lunch however that now needs to translate to my dinners.
I spent a little time with self care and with reading.
I listened to an amazing podcast which is actually getting its own review because it is the most inspirational thing I have ever listened too. (If you are in your twenties it is definitely something that I would highly recommend you listen too.
I had the weekend off, I know Saturday and Sunday both and I actually did weekend stuff, I went to a baby shower on Saturday, I went out on Saturday night and then I paid the price for it on Sunday with a ripper migraine.
I spent a lot of time at work.
I spent a lot of time with my man.
I spent a lot of time with my girls.
And, I spent a lot of time missing my family.
I have decided to add this little segment at the end here where I am looking to the week that is coming, I am currently writing about the a weekly reset and I have sat down already to do my weekly reset so I really just wanted to take this moment and look specifically to the week that is coming.
I need to do 5 sessions at the gym.
I need to eat healthy everyday at work.
I need to find a recipe to have healthy dinner this week.
I need to make sure my outfit for my birthday is on fire.
I need to read.
I hope to take this segment down the bottom a little further and make sure that I can create healthier habits for myself.
