After coming from such a week last week I decided that this week was going to be mainly focused on
R E S T
It is actually crazy how much your body talks to you when you really start to listen to it.
I didn’t push my body at all this week I actually treated it a few times and yeah that’s not all that great for the gym and my overall healthy but sometimes you just need to take a break.
I still stuck to my basic structure up at 6 and my normal day routine but most nights I was asleep in bed quite early and I was resting and drinking plenty of water throughout the day.
I got towards the end of the week and I was starting to feel ready to get back out there and be my best self again. But instead of rushing back into it I decided to set out a plan for the next two weeks and try and smash that out instead.
So here I am now on Sunday night posting this weekly update and feeling very successful with myself for being able to rest all week and now be ready to smash out the next two weeks knowing exactly how I am spending my time and using all of that time to its advantage and focusing on myself.
That was the week that was.
